Well, it's been too long since I updated this blog. Everyone seems to be to busy in this house...!

Well, Olivia is now three months old (almost four) and doing very well. As you can see, Bec has a new dolly :-)

Bec & Sophie now both have "mimi" dolls. We got one for Sophie as a present from Olivia. She couldn't belive that she had her own mimi (after a long time asking to play with Bec's).

Here is the first picture of our new bub smiling. It was taken from a 3D Ultrasound that we had a couple of weeks ago. It was the only way to get some video of our baby on the "inside" as stupid hospitals don't let you record it here in the ACT.

Well, here it is...! Not very nice calling it an it, but Alison didn't want to find out the sex. Much to the dismay of Bec and I, I might add. But, the suprise will still be good! The due date is estimated at the 17th of July, 2 days before Ally's birthday! Hmmm, maybe it will be end up being a nice birthday present (get's me off the hook for buying something...) Oops - sorry honey :)

The baby is 19w2d here and all healthy.

One of the other goes I have had. It's a shame it's just a little out of focus. I think I use a tripod next time, or even a monopod would have been better than freehand :) Nice colours though, don't you think..?

Well, welcome to 2006. As you can see, we have been pretty slack in keeping the blog up to date. Hopefully, that will change now that I have my home network working correctly again :)

We have taken heaps of photos over the christmas/new year break, and I'll start posting the good one's tonight.

This one is of Sophie (as if you can't tell!) at her Nanny's place in the Central Coast of NSW. She was very happy to be in the back yard looking at the plants. This was taken on new years eve.

This is a shot of the jigsaw that we are currently working on. We had friends stay with us on the weekend, which was great, and they have helped getting us this far. My sister, Alex, has also helped in the early stages.

It an "Impossibles" series jigsaw. It has no edges, a hidden image, no complete picture of the final thing, and 5 extra pieces.

Stay tuned for the finished product soon (probably after Christmas)

How cool is this... Just downloaded Google's Picasa and edited the image I posted yesterday. What a great tool this is. I haven't looked at all the functionality, but it looks like a great tool for quick edits before posting into this blog. Much easier than Photoshop, but not as advanced though. Looks to have good features for organising photos too...

Take a look at Picasa, it's well worth it!

Well, this is the first blog that I have done. I haven't really researched any blog sites or services, but I have taken the advice of a good friend (whose blog is http://www.kopelke.com) and chosen to go with Google's Blogger.

Why have I created this - basically to share photo's and video snippets with family and friends. I have been learning how to edit video and make DVD's and am really enjoying it. I wanted a way to share some videos with family and friends as I learn the ins and outs of video compression verses quality. Should be fun...

So, the first photo. This is my daughter, Sophie, taken yesterday. Luckly, she wasn't yelling at the time :)
